Prepare Boil Pot
Fill pot with desired amount of water.
Recommended salt usage is 1/2 cup per gallon.
You may add more or less salt to suit your individual taste.
A salt substitute may be used instead of salt.

Boil Water & Add Seafood

Boiling Time
• Shrimp: 2-5 minutes
• Crawfish: 5-7 minutes
• Crabs: 8-12 minutes

After boiling is complete, cut off the fire, gently stir seafood, and let soak. While soaking, stir occasionally to release heat so that the seafood does not overcook.

Soak Time
• Shrimp: 5-10 minutes
• Crawfish: 15-30 minutes
• Crabs: 15-30 minutes
