CAUTION: Prepare this dish outdoors
Fish fillets should be 1/2 inch thick for best results.
Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat for at least 10 minutes.
Dip fillets in melted butter or margarine.
Shake CAJUN LAND BLACKENED REDFISH SEASONING on both sides of the fillets.
Drop into skillet and cook for 45 seconds on each side.
