For best results, clean and wash fish – remove any excess moisture (this will reduce splash and popping in hot oil). Thoroughly cover fish with Fish Fry and place in oil or shortening at 375 degrees (f) and cook until golden brown on all sides.
Heavier breading may be obtained by dipping fish in a mixture of two beaten eggs, one cup milk, and then in Cajun Land Seasoned Fish Fry.
Peel, de-vein and butterfly raw shrimp and wash well under cold water. Dip shrimp in one cup milk with two beaten eggs, cover shrimp with Cajun Land Fish Fry. Place in oil or shortening at 350 degrees (F) and cook until golden brown. Fried Oysters
Wash oysters in their own water and drain. Cover oysters with Cajun Land Fish Fry. Place in oil or shortening and cook until golden brown.
