Cajun Land Seasoned Fish Fry is completely seasoned, and no other ingredients are needed. For best results, clean and wash fish – remove any excess moisture (this will reduce splash and popping in hot oil). Thoroughly cover fish with Fish Fry and place in oil or shortening at 375 degrees (f) and cook until golden brown on all sides.
Heavier breading may be obtained by dipping fish in a mixture of two beaten eggs, one cup milk, and then in Cajun Land Seasoned Fish Fry.
NOTE: Do not bread in advance – bread only the amount you are going to fry at one time.
Cajun Land Seasoned Fish Fry is also excellent for frying Shrimp, Oysters, Chicken, Soft-shell crabs, Eggplant and Veal Cutlets.
