Oven Baked Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cajun Land Seasonings with Green Onions
- 1/2 cup, Italian bread crumbs
Grease a glass baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle pork chops with seasoning, dip in egg and then in bread crumbs. Top with margarine. Bake at 375 degrees (F) approximately 45 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops.
HINT: To prevent chops from curling, make a small cut on each edge between meat and bone.
