Step 1: Precook 1 lb. meat of your choice (seafood and smoked sausage need not be precooked).
Step 2: Add meat to 2 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Add Jambalaya Mix, stir well, and return to a boil.
Step 4: Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes, and ENJOY!
