Brown Rice Jambalaya Directions:
- Pre-cook 1 lb. meat of your choice.
- Add meat to 2.5 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Add Jambalaya Mix – stir well – return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for five minutes – makes 4-6 servings!
